Why doesn't postmaster general Pathrick Donahue tell everyone how the upper management in the P.O. in Washington all got big raises and bonuses this year?

I walked into a local P.O. here in rural Wi. last summer. It was hot as hell outside, but the P.O. was cool as a cocktail lounge. The whole place was cool not just the front desk.Ten foot cielings in the place. What private industry would cool-n-air condition the shipping and recieving dept? NONE!!!!! never ever none!!!!!
