"Business mail sits outside empty offices on Saturdays, and Tuesday residential deliveries tend to be MOSTLY ADVERTISING mail, he said."

Even the picture at the beginning of this story shows at LEAST 20 people waiting in line.

Mostly advertising, disgruntled snotty workers in pretty much every/ANY branch you visit.

Who the hell needs this?

SHUT DOWN the postal service. Let the ungrateful fks who damaged my mail, snotted off to me, opened my BANK STATEMENTS go POUND SALT at McDonalds.

Let UPS or FED EX do the job.

How can the elderly, middle-class and the working poor afford to trust UPS and FED EX if alot of that money is being used to support the Republican Party "Shutem DOWN"!?

There are brainless top execs at USPS who approved the staggering postage increases this week.

They are killing international mail-postage is so HIGH.

Maybe they hope we will not find out that - for example -S. Korea charges only $3.45 for a 5oz package to America, whereas America charges $11.48!!!

Chinese mail has similar prices.

So the idiots at USPS not only hurt themselves by killing International Mail here, but trade from here as well, which means lower incomes/lower taxes we pay.
