Keeping the Rural Post Offices Open only resolves the governments problem, and does not resolve the problem that the USPS is having. 911 assigned addressing as it was implemented by a majority of the counties in the rural United States is what has caused the USPS and economic problems of our country. Instead of delivering someone their mail because of local public 911 addressing policies the USPS is only delivering to these 911 addresses. They are no longer delivering a persons mail and I do not know how to explain this any better than I am. The German's put tattoo's on non-german people to discriminate between them. The USPS under local policies is doing the same for locations. I bought a home on a named road and it is beyond me how my local government can change the name without my permission since they do not own my property even though they may have a road easement. But the thing that bothers me is that the easement was given for a road with the name of which I bought the property, which means that the name is under contract. If the county government can break this kind of contract then it would mean that I could not depend on any contract that I make with the Government (local, state, and federal). And if they can sieze this kind of property then why couldn't they use this same authority to take my money from my banking account. There is a dangerous precedent being attempted here and the USPS is wondering why it is going broke. You are going broke because you are not delivering our mail, you are delivering mail for the government. And Return to Sender will be your Epitaph (grave Marker). If you dissolve then another group would take your place, but as for now E-mails seem to be more efficient than you are.

Any plan to keep rural offices open will require the USPS to stop using the fake and confusing addresses that were issued by the COG's in Texas. The United States Post Office needs to go back to delivering the peoples mail and not to some assigned address by the 911 authorities. 911 addressing should be seperated from street addresses since 911 officials are refusing to use the legal given names of roads. I am not anti-government because I believe that the government should stop meddling in citizens private affairs. The historical names of roads should have been used before any thought was given to this ambigious Cr, pvt crap. These people need to understand that they are causing the average citizen in rural america to believe that they are not important to society. They are also responsible for shattering the confidence of your postal patrons in the USPS's ability to deliver mail. The problem with 911 addressing is that they lost their ability to get in touch with their consumers. 911 addressing is disrupting our society not because of 911 addressing but because of how 911 addressing was done in some counties. If a road has a historical name and you replace that name with something like Cr then you are destroying your own society especially in rural areas. The way 911 addressing was done in Newton County Texas was the most disrespectful thing that I have ever seen done by the County Government in Newton County. They assigned these Cr/ pvt addresses all over the County and quite literally destroyed every delivery system in this county of goods and some services. When you sort the mail and every address is the same except for a number then you will understand the problem. 911 addressing in Newton County Texas is not in compliance with Texas law regarding 911 addressing. And another by-product is the USPS's Return to Sender Tag. Why would you do business with a delivery company that can not guarentee delivery. There is no economy without consumers.
