Can you give me an example of someone who has never been guilty of this? Other than yourself, of course.

Happy former LDS,

I'm not without sin, and I'm not without a heart. I am willing to look at evidence to the contrary, but I'm afraid there is none.

Oooo Yeah,
Up until modern times, most churches found it acceptable to marry teenagers. That wasn't a Mormon invention. Nor was polygamy. They both have their roots in the Bible. I agree with you that LDS people aren't all pure, much like those of every other religion.
Maybe that wasn't completely a church change, but a social shift. Just a thought. Societal laws shift with time. People have longer life spans, the role of women have changed...and their rights as well. Social shifts happen all the time. Saying, well it has its roots in the bible, doesn't make something a worthy practice.

Nope, its a societal law. You will find no scripture for this.

So you think society is getting better? That society is evolving? That it's God's intent that people get married later in life, and that couples have fewer children?
