Responding to the Speak Up about asking speeders to slow down. I just wanted to comment that we also need to ask the people who refuse to go the speed limit to stay off the roads as well.

I agree. The folks who travel at below speed limit are as apt to cause accidents as those who speed. That also applies to those who drive so erratically that anyone following them can't determine how much above or below the posted speed limit they are likely to go.
