Don Henley sues over political parodies

State Assemblyman Charles DeVore says the parodies are protected under the First Amendment.

After reading that Don Henley has taken his act and used others songs a a Political Attack on Republicans, You can understand why you see this Lawsuit.
If this had been a Liberal Democrat, do you think he would have them in Court! NOT!!
As I find more and more Entertainers taking their time to "PREACH" during thier concerts, I take these moments, stow them away and when I want to buy a video, see a movie or buy a recording of any kind, I don't and won't ever again! I don't care if it is a right versus left or vice versa, It's Just Wrong!
And your last Eagles Album, it had one good song and the rest were crap! But now the Shredder just ate it up as such!
