Joe Walsh's guitar brings fire to cool night -- themorningcall.com

Although he is a rock star and has been for almost 40 years, Joe Walsh is singularly unimpressed with the trappings of rock stardom. Full Story

Having been to Musikfest since the opening year, I find it disenchanting that one must pay to see has-beens. Like our Global Economy, Musikfest is an "Art As Life" analogy: Greed In the new Millenium. Get yourself a subprime rate on an overpriced cheaply made house and pay for tickects to see oldies at Muiskfest. Nah. I'll take the Rocky Mountain Way to a future where local corporate sponsors pay my tab to headline has-beeners shows. See you there.......

And...they enjoy their job!!

actually Joe Walsh was pretty cheap considering he played The Starland Ballroom in Sayerville NJ for $70 AND there are NO SEATS at all there!

Short show but awesome. Loved the slower, spacey jams on the guitar. He's not a has been, he just got older like everyone else. He's history, with the Eagles, James Gang or solo. It was great to see and hear him...wished he would have played longer though...oh well. Rock on Joe!!!

I have been a huge fan of Joe Walsh since 1975, it was great to have an opportunity to see him her in our "back Yard." The show was great, but I wish he would have intro'ed Meadows as on his Album "Smoker." I was only disappointed by the prices of hats and tshirts,$30 & $35 respectfully. They would have sold plenty more at a more reasonable price. Keep Rockin' Joe!

WELL, I GREW UP LISTENING TO THE LIKES OF JOE WALSH COMPLIMENTS OF MY OLDER BROTHER AND SISTER (MOST OF THE PEOPLE MY AGE WOULD ASK JOE WHO??) AND I TRULY ENJOYED THE CONCERT LAST NIGHT. HE PLAYED SO MANY GREAT SONGS I CANT BELIEVE SOMEONE WOULD CALL HIM A HAS BEEN. IF ANYTHING WE SHOULD BE HAPPY THAT AFTER ALL THESE YEARS WE STILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO LISTEN TO JOE WALSH LIVE IN CONCERT.
