this cd is fire. lil wayne is a visionary among common rap artists. He knows exactly what he wants to says and says it. If you listen to every word on this album you can see weezy is just touring us around his point of view, trying to let us know where he's coming from. The only other rappers that i've heard do that are biggie, nas, and jay-z. The only difference between biggie and lil wayne is that weezy knows exactly how good he is. the only difference between him and nas is that nas can't get personal like weezy can. and the main difference between weezy and jay-z is that weezy knows he still has work to do. all you have to do is listen to a song like, me and my drink, or shoot me down and hear weezy reaching out to you.

WHAT?!?!??!

One listen to this album is all it takes to deem it complete trash. He has a low vocabulary, an inability to stay on topic, poor concepts (excluding Dr. Carter), and no sense of lyrical depth. His average flow, a weak mixture of Jay-Z and Andre 3000, his style, stolen from Gillie da Kid, and a handful of songs unworthy of even his subpar mixtapes turn this over hyped cd into overrated garbage. The Carter 3 was a 3/10, tops. Sales are just proof of the amount of mindless b!tches who will cling on to whatever the wind blows their way.

Hey, Zack,

Have you heard the new Ice Cube album, "Raw Footage?"

What do you think of it?

I have the CD and it's not bad. Some of the tracks are bit slow for me. I'm not crazy about some of the production. It will always be hard to beat Dr.Dre and The Bomb Squad. I need to hear it a few more times to make a judgement.

Ice Cube has always been one of my favorite artists. His first two solo albums were amazing! I liked "Predator" too.

Peace.

I have to agree. The early word on Cube's new album made it sound like it would be another "Death Certificate." I mean, it's not horrible, but it doesn't come close to Cube's early work.

So far, I still like "Laugh Now, Cry Later" better than "Raw Footage".

Only zombies would take Lil Weenie to the platinum level. Without his zombies, he'd be nothing.
