Great thread, Jon. Baby your a rich man is a very underated song, it has this sound that no other Beatle's song has. The version on the Yellow Submarine album reissue back in 1999, sounds like it was recorded today, so clean and fresh.
There is something about this song that really rocks, even though the rumor is that it's about Brian Epstein.
The words "Baby your a rich man too" have been thought to actually be " Baby your a rich f*g jew", which in my opinion is pure speculation, because in England, a f*g is what they call a cigarette.
One myth down, 244, left to go, lol.

To add to my previous post, Bob Dylan thought in "I want to hold your hand", when John sang "I can't hide", he was actually saying "I get high", which of course isn't true.
There are so many myths about the Beatles that have a logical answer.
"Cranberry sauce" is not "I buried Paul" (check out the demo on anthology 2).
But of course there are some myths that are hard to find a logical explanation for, such as the White album played back wards, many weird things are said, but I beleive in jest.
But it is fun to search for clues in the songs, and even though Paul released "Mary had a little lamb" and "Rupert and the frog song" he is still very much alive and well.

True, it does. it's very interesting to search for clues, and the fact that none of the Beatles ever talk about it, could mean they are keeping it a secret. listening to revolution 9 backwards, not only gives clues, but breaks needles on their parents phonographs, and gives headaches. Some parents never let their son forget that. lol.

Correction: #9 when played backwards sounds like "Turn me on dead man" There's another song that sounds like "Paul's a dead man, miss him, miss him, miss him".- can't recall which one???
