that's great wish they could do that all over this nation, all at once...it could be done if we included our military, FBI, ICE, CIA Border patrol....get em all together and give this nation a clean sweep. Not long ago, in a nearby area where I live, one of those dope dealer/users, overdosed....no one and I mean no one, shed a tear, they were relieved than another one bit the dust. Maybe it's not nice to say but, the only good dealer/user is a dead one. This moron was in and out of jail like it was a swinging door getting one chance after another. Our justice system doesn't seem to get it, does it, or is it only me?

Gail,

I couldn't agree with you more...You live the life, you die the life. I think it's hilarious when the news media has breaking news about a bad batch of heroin in the streets, people overdosing, etc...... It's all bad! No pity from me. If you want to use that crap, dying from it is expected and shouldn't be a shock.

Good job to the law enforcement agencies involved, fantastic work.

I think the doctors need cleaned up too. Being in the medical field I see alot of people who come in the office and complain of pain and say that they are allergic to over the counter and less weaker pain meds only to get the stronger narcotics. Some of the patients are very rude and demanding for the pain killers. They think that they should be seen before other patients when they come. Millions of tax payer's dollars are wasted on the non-working drug addicts. I see alot of people who work living on pain killers too! The laws need to change. Patients come in the office appearing to be in severe pain, but once the prescription is in their hand they fly out of the office. No moaning and groaning then! First question to the doctor is usually, how many refills will I get.

In McKeesport, Pennsylvania, the entire McKeesport Police narcotics unit has been implicated in a pay scam. Seven officers were suspended last week after Chief Joe Pero discovered they were billing the city for court appearances they never made. Those suspended include two lieutenants and all four members of the dope squad. All have been reassigned. No word yet on any possible criminal charges.

there's also people who sell drugs do to the hard ships of life. products of the enviroment. ralph you tell me where the real jobs are? the drugs aint the problem the unsolved body count is the problem. pedifiles living in school zones is a fucking problem, locking people up for drug offenses for yrs, while giving a man who beat another man to death with his bare hands only gettin two yrs probation 2 yrs give me a break some one is dead bottom line whether he stab shot or beat em there still dead. on the other hand a informant who gets caught for usually the same thing can make 2 controlled buys to save his ass and ruin another and so on till no one else talks and wind up serving yrs but murderer walk first offenders get better odds in court its a cruel world if you dont like it to bad nothing will ever change
