Some people never learn and they cause so much pain and destruction. I am glad the judge is sending him to the big house its about time.

Dipstick says, "a prison sentence would punish his children, too, because they depend on him."

They depend on you to protect them!!!!!!!!!! AAAUUUUGH!!! I cannot convey the contempt and frustration I feel towards this lowlife piece of work.

The guy is a idiot and deserves what he gets. Take 2 minutes and secure the kids. He reminds me of OJ trying to save his butt.

He was given more chances than most and still did not learn. The sentence is just and deserved.

This guy should still be in jail for the deaths he caused. The lenient sentencing on that incident could well have caused the deaths of these kids as well. Light sentences for jerks like this, only sends the message to them, that they're untouchable. His arrogance deserves the maximum sentence.

With respect to all the trauma caused to the wronged, may the close and extended family of Micah Turner find peace. To all, never forget those who helped you in life, or tried. I have not.

He wants one more chance to learn his lesson? If being responsible for the deaths of three people doesn't teach you a lesson, nothing will. Throw away the key.

Maybe DCF should investigate the Mom, too. Apparently her judgement isn't so good either to ask him to come pick her up knowing he can't drive legally?! DCF is ready to jump on ppl who need to be left alone, let them finally check into something they should....

Both sex offenders and reckless/aggressive drivers have a high rate of recidivism. Therefore, FL lawmakers have to institute immediately an online registry/database for reckless/aggressive drivers just like it has for sex offenders.

How odd it is that we can find out who molested a child by checking online, yet we can't find out who in our neighbhorhood, like this jerk, killed someone because of his actions.

Talk to your lawmakers about instituting a reckless/aggressive drivers online database/registry. We have a right to know.

Well said Orlando Mom, how many kids does the idiot have to kill before he learns his lesson?

Kudos Judge Hill. Only if other Judges could follow your lead.

Too many repeat criminals are returned to the streets to commit the same crimes.

I wish he had gotten the 15 years on each count.........That would have given him more time to suffer for his need to speed. And save others from his driving habits.

The officer that stopped this guy in Aug. told me that the clown ran a stop sign and that he had an active felony warrant from Orange County. That is why he was arrested. After that the officer said he remembered the case from 01. ended up that the warrant was no good and he was released that day. The officer looked up the terms of his probation and notified his probation officer that the kids were not in car seats or even buckled in, that is why he was violated and now going to prison.......I am glad the officer looked up this case, Now he is were he belongs.........
