Most of the dancers were bad... They deserved lower scores.

I waited for the past month to watch. Last night finally arrived and I forgot to view the show. Love this show. Wish I could see a repeat show. Often wish it was me dancing. I really liked the elegance of Ali's daughter. I wanted to watch Susan Lucci. How did she do? LJW why was it so bad. Maybe because it was the first and with much practice it gets better.

I didn't watch it, however, Cloris Leachman at 82, I hope I have as much stamina at 82 as she does!

"She wasn't any more subdued backstage. Her reaction to her low score had to be censored."

I heard they let one slip.

How do people watch this stuff?

Did your bug zapper give out or something?

My personal version of Hell would be being forced to watch a Karaoke or dance contest.

You are right. Thanks for the info. Florence Henderson also looks good for her age.

And as for the guy saying Get a Life posting how do you people watch this stuff. Well it is entertainment and I as well as others on here work for a living and should be able to relax with what I enjoy. And believe it or not Get a Life this form of entertainment is art and culture. Must have peaked your interest because it made you post a comment.

Im not saying im any better (actually a lot worse) but they always start off with low scores, they make them work for higher marks. They will come.

I didn't. I heard about it on a morning radio show. My father, however, had it blasting.

Best show on TV !!
Leachman was a blast - don't you
just love live television?
Lucci should have done better - she
has tons of theater experience.
Next season I want Gene Simmons.

Actually it is my sincere opinion that all reality shows are mindless programming for mouth breathers who cannot read past a 6th grade level.

Cloris Leachman stole the show. When Carrie Ann gave her score, Cloris jokingly said bitch. Then Len gave his score and she said bastard. I almost cracked a rib from laughing. She even made fun that the girl host couldn't count the scores and needed a cue card. It was hilarious.

AGREED 100%, SIR (or MA'AM, hard to determine gender here sometimes).

Why do I want to watch a show about idiot actors making some tragicomic attempt at "dancing", when most of them CAN'T EVEN FREAKING ACT?????????

Remember RDE's tried and true words about reality TV:

REALITY TV IS BAD
CELEBRITY REALITY TV IS FAR WORSE!!!!!!!!

I agree with the people who say get a life - these shows are awful.
But I've also worked a full day where I'm exhausted and just want cheap entertainment on TV while I relax. So I understand both sides.
With a presidential election though, have we forgotten about reading some books so we can make a better decision? I'll recommend some if you want :)

Thank you so much for mentioning reading. Believe it or not, I'm sometimes ridiculed by a few of my co-workers because I'd rather read than spend all day/evening watching movies and God-awful reality shows. Reading is wonderful, and not just the political books, either. I'm partial to biographies myself, but I'm one of those people who read anything they get their hands on.

They're not real. There's only a few I enjoy.
Deadliest Catch - actually uses real people, might be the only true reality tv show. And people die.
Hells Kitchen - because Ramsey yells and curses at the contestants. And him yelling with a British accent is just too funny.
Oh, and Living with Ed. But that's more like a sitcom too.
