Judge rules surviving Sublime members can't revive band's name

He doesn't need to be. Just listen to the interviews. Brad made it plain and simple. If anything ever happens to him, the name Sublime will be put to rest. It's in writing.

Please clarify - should I "listen to the interviews" or read something that's "in writing"? Or both? In any event, sounds like Brad was expressing a wish instead of memorializing an agreement. No wonder there's been controversy over the use of the Sublime name.

it is not a wish. He had the name legally trademarked. There is nothing that can be done.
