"Big Empty" not, "The Big Empty"
Just another pathetic Guns and Roses fan wishing they would do a few reunion shows. STP has put up with enough useless criticism over the years, this article is nothing that hasn't been written before.

I was there and they sounded great considering the drummers technical issues and Scott's drugged drunkeness. What do people expect it's just entertainment??? Be happy the original guys are still at it and rocking. Not all bands will have the longevity of the rolling stones.

The show at Mohegan was electrifying. While not as good as I imagine it may have been in the 90's, Scott Weiland did a fantastic job of pumping up the crowd and keeping it pumped through almost every song. To me, a good crowd makes or breaks a show, and the crowd at Mohegan was definatley into it Monday night.

I liked how Scott was his usual, weird self, showing up on stage with some sort of cowboy outfit. From where I was sitting, it looked like a pimp suit at first. It seems to me that Axl Rose and Scott Weiland do have a lot im common. Both are extremely talented and dangerously crazy.

As for this article. The author obviously is not that familiar with STP, but I agree somewhat that they don't have they're own unique sound as much as Nirvana or GnR. They do, however, have a long list of hits that are all very unique from one another, and that's not easy to do. Overall, STP is a good band, elevated to greatness by their ability to absolutely tear up a live show.

This is a fantastic day for using your brain with precision and accuracy. For instance, it's great for filling in a complicated form or going through some complex paperwork because you'll find it easy to concentrate on what you're doing. It's especially good for paying attention to the sort of finicky details that you normally aren't interested in but which are right up your street.
