Life is short, do what makes you happy, and most of all take care of your family and friends, they are what makes life worth living. Don"t forget to thank the lord for all your blessings either.

Up Encinal Canyon in Malibu in 1972 I met your dad at a track. He drove me to your house up Broad Beach with my bike in his green van and for a while we hung out together. I went to the Elton John concert with you at the Hollywood Bowl. You were about 12 and I was 15. To help you remember I rode a Hodaka 125 and did long wheelies. My only reason for doing this is to contact you through a proper channel. I really don't know any other way to do this. I'm writing a book and I respectfully want you to approve the parts about you and your family as I remember it. Can you do that? I was also very sorry to hear about your dad and Terry as the years went along. Casey

Chad, I have thoroughly enjoyed the biography about your dad, "McQueen's Machines" written by Matt Stone with a foreword by you. I happen to own another Hudson which was owned by your dad and sold at the Las Vegas auction. This lovely 1953 Hudson Hornet 4 door sedan has the original factory interior and the engine rebuild was done by your dad. I have all build receipts, his title and 1979 California plates. I'd love to share pictures with you. Jerry

Chad, I thought you might remember Bob Tocco. He passed away. We will miss him. He had very fond memories of you and your dad.

Chad,
I met you with your Dad when you were a little boy. We were making a movie called "Junior Bonner". The May issue 2014 in the True West Magazine, on page 25 Is a picture of your Dad. He is wearing shotgun leggings that I gave him when we on that show. I'm sure you will find my initials in the waistband. Your Dad wanted them pretty badly so I gave them to him. I was and still am just an Arizona Cowboy.
After that show your Dad took me to Texas to do the Movie "The Getaway" I'm still a 399 Wrangler in Hollywood but live in Arizona.
Best Wishes,
JW
