Apple did not violate Samsung patents: U.S. trade judge
Apple did not violate patents owned by Samsung Electronics in making the iPod touch, iPhone and iPad, a judge at the International Trade Commission said in a preliminary ruling on Friday.

In the long run, it's bad news for Apple and a major fall out of high technology sharing with Asia. They are going to close the doors on Apple on future technology. Pretty much Apple will be black listed. You got to understand how business works in the international realm, that's why Steve was successful. This means a hand shake has no value and alot of business deals are done this way. I would give Cook and his team of idiots a F+ and sell everything I had in Apple stocks because its going to bite back. That's my prediction.
