It may not seem the stuff of comedy, but the apocalypse really is at hand in this tale of people trying to take care of business before life as we know it ends. Full Story

I would say that this is very similar in style to Nick & Norah, Loreneís other movie. It is both sweet and harsh in its confrontation of the more uncomfortable aspects of human existence. I am surprised that it didnít get more buzz when it was in theaters with big names in the starring roles, and I didnít even know about it until a coworker at DISH told me about it. It looked cute so I added it to my Blockbuster @Home queue, and it came in the mail today. I love renting quirky little movies like this because it is like finding a piece of buried treasure in a sea of vapid, thoughtless movies. It is also pretty funny, so if you are in the mood for a buddy comedy with a little depth this is a good one.
