It is tough, and will only get tougher for you. You are a very rude, inconsiderate, selfish, and idiotic person. You lack any reason in that head of yours. I hope you starve when milk goes to $8 a gallon right alongside gasoline. You know il be nice and cosy in my huge 4 bedroom house which is heated for free (I own a gas well). Good day...

Ouch ... you are not entitled to live that far from your work.
So you know, I dont work. I own a campgrounds. My daily commute includes soccer practice for my daughter and driving around wherever I want to go. Dont act stupid and think that a person living far from their job should just buy another house closer to their work. You are another idiot for the bin.

<quoted text>People deserve. I feel sooooooooo sorry for you. Just like people on welfare deserve this and that. It is not that simple. As it is gasoline only reflects about an 80 Bbl price so Americans are allready subsidized. 8 bucks by next year for sure
Dont feel sorry for you, I have alot more money than you. Like I said it will take $15 a gallon before I even consider another vehicle.$8 by next year? Sorry to dissapoint but you are wrong. You are probably one of the same idiots that said gasoline would be gone by the year 2000 back in the 70's. I think we will see $8 a gallon by 2012 or so at this current rate. Wow if only idiots like you could be converted into gasoline, we would have enough to run America for years.

Gee, it seems like just the other day I was hearing so many complaints about the price of oil...well oil is higher today and maybe you should have been happy with yesterday's price. But why should Americans worry about it though. The federal Reserve bank said the other day that inflation was tame. Americans assume that by printing more money they can buy more things...it doesn't work that way anymore. I just cant wait to hear the whining at the pumps this weekend by all the soccer mummzys filling up their tanks on credit cards to haul their little angels around...LOL!!
Just incase you didnt catch it the first time, I dont care about the price of gas as far as myself is concerned. I do not complain about gas prices as I fill up and take my daughter to practice in my SUV. Maybe you just live in a poor town where nobody has money?

What a nice comment. Resorting to name calling is something I expected of you. I am happy that you own a gas well. Maybe you own milk cows too. Milk might go to 10 dollars a gallon, but my guess gasoline will first. Remember, gasoline is needed to haul the little angels around this weekend to ballet practice, violin recitals and other very assorted things. Why worry whan you can be happy? Smile and be happy

Fortunately, your twisted outlook on America and fuel is only your opinion. Your dream of America being crushed by the price of oil will likely never come. At the current rate or rising gas prices (which will fall to the high 2's after labor day weekend) we wont see $8 a gallon for at least another 5 years. Youre damn right I resorted to name calling, because you are just too stupid to understand anything else anyone says. I am guessing you dont have children? And if you do they are likely 200+ lbs that sit inside all weekend and do nothing with you. What a sad story. Thankfully your family line ends with you. Ohh boy just filled both my truck and SUV up with premium today, off to the mall! Good day...

Well the head of OPEC has a different idea on future costs. "Opec, the oil producing cartel, has warned that the price of crude could keep rising to reach $200 a barrel.

Opec president Chakib Khelil blamed the falling value of the US dollar, which makes other assets, including oil, more attractive for foreign investors" Lets see, that is almost a double from todays price...lol

I suggest you deduct all you pay for gas in excess of $3.00 a gallon from your contribution
to the church. Then your gas prices will go down very quickly, without you having to pray at all.......
(Don't believe everything I say.... We had to pay
in excess of $10 a gallon yesterday and we don't contribute very much to the church anyway and stopped praying for gas prices to go down before the first car was introduced... consequently we are in average much more fit than you are and are driving our cars as never before. If all of you start walking to/fro the grocery shop twice a week the gas prices on the world market will drop 25%! and it may perhaps be possible for a family to make a living on running a small grocery shop in the country side again ?! Don't ever tell me I didn't warn you!

1.$200 is far from double our current price
2.$200 a barrel would equal about $6 a gallon, not the astronomical price you want.

Oil prices in the US are high due to growing demand in countries like China. Saudi Arabia said today they refuse to boost production as there is no large-scale need for it. Either way, look for most middle-class America to start driving smaller cars. bicycle and scooter sales are at an all time high. Just remember: Oil is a commodity with a growing number of investors, but NO investment forever increases in price...There will be a fall in oil prices after this summer.

NAw, as you said the F150 is the biggest selling vehicle these days. Middle class America...well how do you define middle class? What is America? South America? North etc? lol. Middle America is so far behind on its credit card payments it can't afford a new anything. 200 a bbl has refining costs that use higher energy costs as well. By the way since new refineries are not being built in the USA, higer refining costs will be passed on. Of course you know all of this; you said you owned a gas well didn't you?
I hope you had fun at the mall today and used a lot of gas; I instead deposited a royalty ceck and had the proceeds wired to a broker to buy some more Suncor. I kinda like the tar sands stocks. I dont need to buy material things to make me happy; I prefer instead to see people need to buy things from me

By the way, there is always a fall in oil prices after the summer. Thank you for this bit of wisdom that everyone agrees with. Summer is not here yet, nor is Memorial day that starts the summer driving season. Bythe way, do you know how much energy it costs to run a bicycle factory? LOL

What does that have to do with anything? Do you seriously think trucks and suvs equal the gas consumption of jets and ships?

Now we are really trying to provoke fear arent we? Ohh no! the cost of making a bicycle is going up! Ohhhhh no! run everyone! I think you are a little kid that cannot afford gasoline.

Now you cant even keep your own arguments straight. LOL, go buy some more gas so I can get a bigger check. By the way, refineries have been built, just not in theis country. While the USA soemhow feels that refineries are not in its best interest other countries do not feel the same. Refineries offered good jobs with hospitalization and retirement plans but the USA people ran them offshore and now whine why there are no good jobs in the country anymore. "Were entitled to jobs, were entitled to cheap gasoline, were entitled to more welfare," blah blah blah. Cheap gasoline ain't in the cards anymore and thats the way it is

Yes I know. I know that the car is a ncessity at yours, only "almost" a necessity here.
Read my post then as a suggestion you start influencing your politicians to really start developing public transport in the USA - spelled p u b l i c transport. Meaning that to a great extent you will have to consider the costs to investments and running to be paid by the atuhorities on local as well as national levels unless ticket prices can cover it all in the long run. Probably some of you would call that "socialism" - but regardless: it will make youi less dependent on gas and oil. And you'll reduce pollution too....Just imagine the potential in cutting the cews in/out of cities in rush hours.....

Wrong. Not a single refinery has been built since the mid 70's as I said before, anywhere. not in any country. There was a huge report on CNN about this just a few months ago.

I think you just have underlieing issues with America. Maybe you should move to saudi arabia? Gas is about $.50 a gallon there.

We are entitled to what we work for, whether you like it or not. For people like me, gas isnt expensive because of a life of work. I am against welfare, by the way. So you know NOBODY is entitled to anything unless they work for it. Thats a good life lesson, remember it.

Public transportation would not work out here. It would cost more to operate than it would return in profit. Besides, I like my suv alot. Good day in norway...
