watchout if your picked up as a suspect the cops will start beating you ith a phone book , till you admit anything to get them to stop . so just confess and them judge scollia , the mofia member of the court will say its ok ,, if he believes the constitution should be interperted as written why does that allow a president to violate international agreements . like no torture ! must be more important to someone else ??

Judge Antonin Scalia - one of the most feeble Supreme Court Justices ever. What a waste this man is, was, and has always been.

If America is not careful we will find ourselves under a democratic dictatorship. Remember Saddam's 'democratic' elections? Where there were no votes against him? America thought to stone him, but aren't we fast approaching the same controlling democracy?

Bush owes his presidency to Scalia and the others who appointed him president in 2000. No wonder this pathetic excuse for a judge would side with the torturers.

Scalia is totally out of touch with the majority of American people. Most Americans today think that torture is banned by the Constitution, period and done with, and it actually is banned by the Constitution and numerous federal laws.

To Liberals Caused This, those torturers didn't save anyone's life. In fact, most of the information that they got through torture turned out to not be the truth, coming from the people who did the torture and investigated the claims of the tortured!

I am getting tired of ASSHATS like you who keep on saying "That torture probably saved your life!" No, it didn't. If anything, the allegations of torture against us made MORE enemies in this world for us, of people who were at most, neutral towards the United States.

You are an absolute IDIOT, to put it bluntly. I suppose that you would support torturing a young child if their father was a 'terrorist'(read: freedom fighter), because they might know something? If you do, do me a favor and put a bullet in your brains right now!
You would be saving humanity the DISGRACE of your existence on this planet, and yes, I know I sound like a troll but I actually believe that.

ROFL.

You dems would only be happy if an attack did happen. This way you can blame Bush.

The fact of the matter is Bush is doing the right thing, keeping this country on the offensive and killing large numbers of people who HATE you.

I dont have to prove anything, turn that TV set on and tune into even the most liberal station. Tell me when an attack happened after 9/11. Proof enough.

Not an answer - just more rhetoric - prove it. Know you don't have to prove your lies but occasionally might be nice. prove it.
