Man Accused of Rape of 5-Month-Old

An 18-year-old Greensburg, Pennsyvania man has been charged with raping a his girlfriend's 5-month-old baby girl. The baby had been left in the care of Scott Wade Smith while the mother was in class at her high school.

Now just wait and see. It will be determined that he has an illness and that treatment is necessitated. Afterall, it wasn't his fault. The baby enticed him provocatively and is partially at fault. Don't believe me? Ask the ACLU representatives. This is a great case for someone to sharpen thier claws on. Incidentally, the mother is at fault as well for going to school. Once again, ask the ACLU. They'll set you straight.

the nice thing about prison is that it some how has a sense of justice , this guy will be killed by the inmates and even in this case I believe justice will turn a blind eye
