Lighten up people, kids should not be touched by anyone at school. Did they violate their rights? Yes and no, If we look at them as human then yes, but if we look at them as kids, they don't have rights, only their parents do,. So, parents what do you say about them doing this to YOUR child? School do tend to go overboard, but that is because now parents don't parent, this not due to the fact that they don't want to, its just because the government has stepped in and said what we can and cant do. I say tan that ass, but not in the face or head, don't cuss at your children and dont belittle. They have enough friends out there, they don't have any parents except for you! So, go be the best parent you can be. If you don't know how to do it. Go to parenting classes!

MANDATES, giving the TEACHERS at schools the power to search kids up to and INCLUDING strip searchs!!!

We don't have enough teacher abuse in schools, now they want to make it legal???

This is the same as the The Student and Teacher Safety Act of 2006, it is BS!!

In 2006 this bill PASSED the congress and died in the senate.

At this point, it doesn't really matter, my kids are old enough (29 & 31) that they will not be in this situation. My grand-children might be. I still believe that a pat down being sexual is a huge stretch.

What difference does political affiliation make? Its the basic right/wrong thing.
