I find this review awful !
I know that the person who wrote this must be an old guy who only appreciates the jokes of HIS time. Well, get over it ! You're not in YOUR time anymore. You're in OUR time, and in OUR time, we enjoy "so stupid its funny" jokes and "sarcasm" .. sorry if that's not what you're into. But that's what we are ! And, how DARE you say "That's what she thinks." when talking about "not caring what other people think" ?! That's an awful thing to say ! Nobody should EVER CARE what people think, and I would think that someone of your age would realize that ... by now? |

This review was awful for the same reason that every review of this movie is awful--the film, that all these "learned" critics are saying is "dumb" is actually smarter than they are. The film spoofs ever formulaic cliche that they praise, while they heap accolades on Apatow for being disgusting and calling that "humor." This movie went over everyone's head, and how could it not when everyone, critics included, are so general blind, programmed, and have the insight of a lemming?

Spelling corrections--every, generally.
Clarification--the critics, not the film makers, heap accolades on the vulgarity that is Apatow's low-concept form of humor. Moreoever, it's just mind bogglingly ironic that a critic, someone who should be somewhat knowledgable of film, doesn't recognize when something that is intelligent is staring them directly in the face. People are seriously sheep, and I like to think I usually have a positive opinion of people. Then I see everyone missing the point completely, and it just makes me frustrated and sad. I can't imagine how annoying it must be to be Akiva Schaffer or any of the Lonely Island crew. They're better than the unwashed masses that are what pass for "film critics" (who are really glorified amateurs who could't make a film if they were given a film that was already made for them). |

Haha one more correction (I make mistakes when I'm mad)--They're better than the unwashed masses who pass for "film critics," who are no better than glorified amateurs who couldn't make a film is they were given a film that was already made for them.
