Kinda easy to see the target audience for these ads.

As soon as I saw this commercial last night, I knew it would just be a matter of time before all the rabid Jesus Freaks and Culture Warriors would be out in full force trying to protect us from ourselves.

Its funny. Sir Mix a Lot is a bad ass. His song is just shy of awesome. Whopper's are one of the better fast food burgers you're going to get from a chain.

I remember a bit back about the 'offbeat' BK ads with Darius Rucker as a singing cowboy and Brooke (what's-her-face), and I think the King character; those ads were kinda 'hip' or something.

I wonder if the same ad company did this 'square-butt' one. Tho' I see the attempted tie-in with Sponge Bob, the approach doesn't really have 'hip' value (pardon the pun) to me. I wonder what the Sponge Bob production company thinks of this approach.

Most of the ad is funny to me in an 'offbeat' way... but the ending "booty is booty" in a food commercial just is silly toward stupid.

I liked the other Commercial better. The one in which the mothers of teenagers in a Van try to Kill Burger King by running him over on the streets, running over the Post Box to get to him. Ads by the Taliban ? Burger need some professional help in their Ad Dept. Maybe Rehab ?
