One can argue that Assad is guilty of morally bankrupt behavior.

One can argue that his opposition is guilty of morally bankrupt behavior.

But to argue that feeding offensive weapons to one morally bankrupt entity is somehow anything but morally bankrupt itself is an argument founded in nothing less than moral bankruptcy.

And by those rules, there is not one player or foreign supporter who can claim a moral high ground, no matter how often they try.

Feeding arms to the rebels under the pretext that this will 'somehow force the other side to Geneva (the side that is already ready to attend)', while knowing full well that it will enable and coax the side it arms to ignore Geneva is clearly amoral, on two fronts.
