Try this:

Everyone that is entitled to a Federal tax refund next year apply for it on or before 4/15. All of us that have to pay taxes should apply for a six month extension. Think about it, what would happen if 50 or 60 percent of the tax payers filed for an extension until the end of October. It is not illegal and it might just get their attention.

If I recall correctly, taxation without representation is not legal. They can't just tax things willy nilly. I know they are trying, and in some cases getting away with it... These are treasonous acts against citizens. Why are we not charging them with these crimes?
