Va. utility finds meter errors dating to 2007

About 1,700 Virginia Natural Gas customers will receive credit on their bills because of inaccurate meter readings by an automated system that date back to August 2007.

You do not have to pay an charges that were under billed, call the consumer protection agency if you are told otherwise. The time limit to remedy the situation has run out. Why did they wait so long to do a quality control check, poorly run business that's why.
