Gervais - socialist?

Hull, UK

#1 Dec 29, 2011
I've noticed that all his TV shows involve people trying to get to some level that they don't seem to deserve and ending up making do with less. Isn't that a typical socialist/communist trait?

I mean, I know he was into communism as a teen.

He seems to want to belittle people and put them in their place.

Meanwhile he shows off HIS grandeur through the big stars(pals) he has doing cameos on his shows. It's like he's saying "Look, I'm a big guy -you are small. get over it. Go for less."
