Overall I think Lowell is a cool city. As everyone above said every good city has it's bad parts. And I think that Lowell is changing every day.

Take a look a New York City/Manhattan even just 15 years ago. No one wanted to live there.

I'm not saying that there will be many million dollar condos going into Lowell any time soon but I think things are picking up. And I think it's a cheap, fun alternative to Boston for someone who likes live music and hitting up some bars.

Morning Nick... when was the last time you were in Lowell? They have taken all the Mills...and you know Lowell was known for its mill industry.. They are now Condo, Art Mus.,brewery's, ect.. There is iceskating,plays,baseball,musi cals,awesome rest.with all kinds of food. Winterfest,Folkfest,Asian water fest. the list goes on. If you haven't been here for a while ,You will not be bored!

No,you're wrong. This film brought in money for the buisnesses in downtown. The people of Lowell were excited about this film....lots came down to see them filming. Not everyone shares your Negative views. Thank God.
