I have just finished reading Denise's book. I had heard that Alan had an affair with Faith Hill. I admire that Denise didn't name names and handled the whole adultery issue in her book in a very mature way. My best wishes to the whole Jackson family. If more marriages put God first, the divorce rate would go way down.
is Faith Hill the women he had the affair with?

Alan Jackson Should Be Blessed To Have Such A Loving Wife. I'm Surprised He Doesn't Have Any Kids Because They Should Be Blessed To Have A Great Daddy.
He does have children, 3 daughters. Did you really read the book or did you just skip all the important stuff?

I am currently reading the book. It was a Christmas gift from my daughters. I didn't think it would take this long to read, but I work a full time job and take care of the house, so it takes a while.

I have always been a fan of Alan. I remember the first time I saw him on an award show for songwriters. He had won an award for "Neon Rainbow" ( I think) and he asked Nise to come on stage with him. He talked about how he moved from to Nashville away from all their family and how supportive she had been. He cried and she cried. I knew then this was a good man.

I then became a fan of Denise and when I heard she had written this book, I had to have it. The book is great.

I also have gone through some trials and troubles in my marriage, and sometimes I think there's no hope. But Denise shows that there is hope if you trust in the Lord, and let him lead your life. Since I have started reading the book, I have changed the way I pray and changed the things I pray for, and I am starting to see the results. God is always there to help us; we just have to know what to ask for.

Thank you Denise for sharing your story with us. I wish you and Alan the best in the years to come.

I read the book back in Dec of 2007 and was going to write about it then but that never happened.
Today I rediscovered it and as I recall there was apart that turned me off a bite was when she mentioned her big diamond ring and a few other things about their wealth..........
Some of us have no idea what it is like to have so much money as not to have to worry about a car breaking down and how do I fix it, etc. To be able to shop and not look at the price tag......
To have a husband help promote your book..........
I know they came from a humble start and it took awhile to become famous..........
To me and especially a year later, and the economey as it is, I feel these folks showing off all their wealth is very hard for the average person trying to make it out here..........
And it is just not the Jackson's it's all the famous folks when they spend $100,000.00 on a dress or all their money spent on these sort of items and then they only wear the dress for a one event and then who knows where the item goes, what a good waste of money, when right here in the good USA folks are struggling to survie......
Like I said it is just not the Jackson's but all those star's, etc..........
Anyway those our my feelings

I found your book one day in a discount store. When you wrote the reason why each person may be reading it, I bought it because your husband is the only celebrity that I would ever want to meet and talk to. I thought if I heard what you had to say about him, then I would see him as any normal person rather than a super star. Boy I certainly didn't expect what you had to say. It's not about him is right. It's about God. I've battled cancer and when you said you put God in the drivers seat, I did that, I had to let God take over and drive. At this time in our crazy world I wish everyone would take the time to pull over and let God in. Thank You.

I loved your book "it's all about him" until i got to the beginning of chapter 8. I didn't really feel it was necessary for you to put the paragraph in about living in a tralier and being supported by food stamps, i feel as though you were running people down that live in trailers and are being supported on food stamps, but that's just my opinion.
