Sheriff's Deputies Fired For Inmate Escape

Two Montgomery County Sheriff's deputies were fired two weeks after an inmate escaped from the county jail.

There is a reason why they call them trustees. They think they can trust them with minimal security. From the story, it sounds like one of the deputies, at least, was derelict in his duties prior to this incident.

They are in jail for a reason.(Or at least they are supposed to be IN jail for a reason)

The Deputy's termination was righteous

I agree both should have been canned, They don't like experiance there and the good old boy hiring system is in place. If you know anything about real jail work, they will not hire you plus they are violating all the age requirements to keep younger ex-soldiers on mostly who do not stay here. Cause trouble or get fired anyway. Check out the jail record of employee canned. When Lewis was first elected he was surpose to stop all this. He's a joke too, its time to get him out and send him to the retirement farm along with some of his captains.
