ON this thread, I note a distinct igorance and sloppy reasoning.

i.e. "With an elevation of only 13 feet above sea level" should be "With a MAXIMUM elevation of only 13 feet above sea level" (most of the island is less than a meter above the sea).

Then they imply that the threat to the island is from sinking below the waves. Fact is that the agriculture of Pacific Islands depends on a 'fresh water lens' from rainfall keeping out the oceans enough to nourish crops and the rising sea threatens the FOOD SUPPLY, not wet feet.

Etc. Etc. Etc. Typical half educated bumpf from a clueless denialist.
