'Without a Trace' Star Welcomes Baby Boy

Poppy Montgomery and her boyfriend, Adam Kaufman, welcomed a son, Jackson Phillip Kaufman, on Dec. 23. The baby was born in Los Angeles and weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces, Montgomery's publicist, Jennifer Shoucair, said Friday. He is the couple's first child.

Making little bastards seems to be the trend nowadays.

Morality aside, none of these couples seem to give a bit of thought to the financial futures of their offspring. Certainly someone pulling down the money these two people are have the means to do so, but will they?

For the less well off couples, who do they think will provide for their offspring if something happens to them? Laws of inheritance are fairly rigid.
