SO YOU ARE SAYING THAT SINCE THE THIEF ON THE CROSS WAS NOT BAPTIZED
According to Catholics, the thief was baptized as a Catholic and now resides with Jesus in Catholic heaven, where no Jews, Muslims or Protestants or Hindus or Atheists et cetera are allowed.

The Catholics managed to god-knap the Jewish god and claim him for their OWN!

Isn't that revealing???

So you believe that someone can come to Christ hours before they die without being baptized and you don't know if an infant who dies with being baptized goes to Heaven?
Interesting Clay...that's all I can say.
All Catholics are pretty certain any infant is going to Heaven. Baptized or not. The Apostles taught infant Baptism because Baptism is THAT important though.. Nobody believes its absolutely 100% the only way to Heaven, but it was taught to be essential,
so we don't mess with it.
I can think of a hundred different scenarios where someone might get saved without the normal means of Baptism. But that doesn't mean you should be teaching anything other than what the Apostle revealed. If you're interested in what they taught, you can read the writings of the early Church less you be in danger of preaching a different gospel than what Our Lord desires.

Rose,
If there is no church around so the person can HEAR the Gospel of Jesus Christ, what will the person have faith/belief in?
The Gospel has to be preached first.....
As,Kay was,..Muslims,are having visions of Jesus ...if they worship Him
..or trough the HOLY Spirit realize He was,not just a,prophet as they were taught ...And worship Him.

Fragments of the bible are circulating all over China, and other places,.

Underground transmissions of sermons ..

Are these people going into the, streets asking folks to baptize them ?

Baptism is,worthy of Christ we should ..But the HOLY SPIRIT can
Inspire belief in Christ ...anywhere ..any time ..how H,E choises..
When or were he chooses..by whatever means .

We cannot limit the POWER of GOD ..

Yes. Just leave it at that and don't mess with the deposit of faith from the Apostles.
Normally I would ask a born again to use reason and logic and recognize in the back of your mind, that God being infinite Love, would undoubtedly save a human being who raisers their arms to Him- with or without getting water on their head. If He didn't, then God wouldn't be Love and Mercy.
Again, that's requiring you guys to use reason and logic though. That's a no no to the Bible only crowd.

You are a liar. Evidently you do not believe what Jesus said. John 3:16, "For God so loved the world,fn that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life."
Show me where Jesus said in order to be saved we must be baptized and if we are not baptized we are not saved and are condemned to hell forever. Show me these specific words of instruction from the Master to us.
<quoted text>
You might be condemned for your sins but my sins, past, present and future were forgiven the day I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior.
You said, quote, "Because it was weakened by the flesh......SIN....
He CONDEMNED SIN in the flesh....." End quote.
So let me get this straight. You believe that Jesus, born of a woman in a human fleshly body, was a sinner? After Jesus baptism he went out to the desert and was tempted by Satan for 40 days. Did Jesus overcome the temptations of Satan as God or as a man?

Jesus was baptized to fulfill all righteousness....
This world was already condemned because of sin....this is why Jesus came....
Good zig zag but why not answer the questions. Here they are one more time........remember you said, quote, "You said, quote, "Because it was weakened by the flesh......SIN....
He CONDEMNED SIN in the flesh....." End quote.

Its possible with God, but we still should go with what the Apostles taught the Church. Bring your infants to get Baptized into the family of Christ. His Church. Raise them with the Sacraments...

Any other scenario is too risky. It seems like many born agains went the party animal route, then luckily met Jesus and changed. I doubt that's the normal path the Apostles taught..

Your answers below about someone not being baptized....

You said this earlier: A person can come to Jesus hours before they die and be saved.

and then:

All Catholics are pretty certain any infant is going to Heaven. Baptized or not

____
I do not believe that our future sins are forgiven when we get saved
only our passed sins....
AFTER BEING BORN AGAIN....We have to deal with our sins and.... confess them... for them to be put under the Blood.
THE BIBLE SAYS..
Rom 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
Rom 3:24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
Rom 3:25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of
--> sins THAT ARE PAST,<-- through the forbearance of God;
1Jn 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
IF WE DON'T THEY WILL STAND AGAINST US IN THE JUDGMENT..
RECEIVING JESUS AS YOU LORD AND SAVIOR ...
DOES NOT GIVE ANY ON A FREE PASS ...FOR THEIR FUTURE SINS...
You are lost. You have absolutely no Biblical knowledge. You seem to think our sins catch God by surprise. God knows what my sins were, are and will be. No surprises for him. He knew what He was getting when He got me.

If Jesus did not die for all of my sins then Jesus did not die for any of my sins.

RoSesz wrote:

And then support it further with this claim.....
RoSesz wrote:

We cannot limit the POWER of GOD ..
....yet ifyou look at both of these claims together, and then compare what you have stated to that of what you believe, you've now contradicted your belief completely.

a. Do you believe that "God" can inspire anyone, anwhere and at any time? If you do, then any text written by any man, is suitable for use and belief in Jesus.

b. Since you believe that you cannot limit "God", why do you limit "Him" by only accepting that which is written in the Bible canon?

Oh wait - I'm not even sure why I am asking you these questions, as you already have blown off the last set of questions I posed to you.

You will more than likely do the same here.

BTW - that would be "my G Self"!!

No.

But believing in ALL of what Jesus already states that, and you would have known that if you did believe in Jesus.

But since you had to ask the question, it is quite clear you don't beleive in what Jesus taught.

Imagine that.

Actually, I know exactly what I believe. You don't.

You wanna play God and say "you all are going to hell for not being born again"

Truth wants to play God by saying, "none of you are born again unless you use water"

Neither of you two have any business closing the door on who God can save. Got it?

we are now Saved individuals, not some puppet who gets in a line and follows some ritual laid down by some church.
in the small country churches around here, a person can not join a church unless they are Baptized, and many churches do give out a Baptismal Declaration just so people can keep them for a keepsake, but it isn't a ticket to heaven by any means.
I know some of them...I know them as "people", not as "churches". I try to help them when I can(probably not enough at times). There are many ways to "save" those in need. They don't care about my tatoo's, and I don't care about their "choir robes".
