The passage tells WHO received the authority. i.e. The Apostles, and only the Apostles.
The further citations I provided support my statement that protestantism eschews succession of that authority.
Protestants don't believe that the authority to bind and loose survived the last apostle. Thus, they cannot "bind and loose".
Please post where "God" specifically states that Protestants do not have the ability to "bind and loose".
Just because some guy said it, doesn't it make it authoritative.
