You're right, you shouldn't waste your time with me. You guys already had your chance. Yrs ago, I sought to NOT be Catholic anymore. I listened to many different protestant sects. You all failed miserably because I caught you lying about Catholicism. Upon further study, I caught you changing the word of God.
You don't teach the same Christianity as the Apostles. You only read the documented writings that the Catholic Church said is sacred scripture. Then, you apply 21st century thought, language and culture to form a theology based on yer private interpretation.
The jig is up. Its over, we exposed your Biblical recklessness.
Should have become Orthodox if you were searching for the Truth...

ALL Christianity is just a slight different version of the Pagan Roman Religion of Paul and Constantine.
There is little difference between Catholics and Protestants. Both believe the same mythology, you just hate each other over assinine details.
You both believe in a Zombie God that knocked up a little girl to give birth to himself so he could kill himself to be happy.
You clowns simply threw a yarmulke on Zeus ad Hercules.
ROFLMAO
And folks like you and June have nothing going on in your lives so you come on a public forum to tell us how you feel. Thanks

Someone earlier asked you how are you holding up? What's wrong little buddy? You want to talk about it?

"...one can be good without a god..."
one could possibly be a good human to other humans without God, but what good could they possibly be to their Creator when they neglect and disrespect Him???
"and it repented God that He made man upon the earth" - God, prior to flooding all humanity accept for one family who didn't forget about their Creator

..."be good without a god"? LOL
A human being can do SOME good things because GOD (not god) put His Spirit into mankind...He breathed life into man and man became a living soul...therefore man has some of God in himself, and is capable of doing good things.
But Adam yielded his 'will' to Satan's lie ('you shall be as gods'). Therefore man's 'will' is colored to do evil.(Natural men STILL WANT TO BE SUPREME.)
How sad that a living soul would choose to defy his maker and do evil things! SO ungrateful.
Simply put, the more man chooses/obeys God, the more GOOD that he accomplishes.

i'm pretty sure tha we're on the same page KayMarie, but i would go a step further to say that even man's attmepts at doing good/God's will, apart from being born-again of the Spirit of God, are as filthy rags as far as pleasing God is concerned.

apart from God (i.e., His Spirit working in us) we can do nothing good/of eternal consequence:-)

Marge...Why are you not talking to me???

There 'is One God', is what the Bible teaches Ox, of course we no longer worship HIM in the flesh but in the Spirit.

Scripture says: Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,

Are you standing there before me and the world, goggle-eyed, flat-footed, bat eared, and saying that God, in the flesh, was dirty...needed to be cleansed from all filthiness?????

And are you saying that God, in the flesh, was an adulterer, a fornicator, unclean, and full of lasciviousness..

Funny...when I look up the definition of "take heed" I get - listen and pay attention.
Peter says to listen and pay attention to the scriptures...you will do well.
And Peter is correct.'listen and pay attention'

He doesn't say, "here are some of our writings. Figure it out for yourselves".

Hey I don't have a problem with you believing that.
That's why I find the hypocrisy of you getting upset when we say it.

Lay it on me sister - what is the "Truth"?

While you are explaining, can you also fill in the blanks on these other questions?

"What is the Church?"

"What are the qualifications of a Christian?"

"Why do you only believe in a portion of what Jesus taught?"

"Why do you only believe in less than six of the original 13 Apostles?"

"Why is there more 'Paul' teachings in the Bible, instead of more from Jesus?"

As I explained to you before ... it wasn't a leap, it was a gradual realization that if I believed others didn't know truth, I should also admit that there was no way I could know truth.
It's all a guessing "game" and my guess is as right or as wrong as is the guess of those in or not in religion.
"gradual realization" = 70+ years and then BAM - you left it all behind one day.

Sure.....whatever you choose to believe.

And imagine this, you like me, are still, in some manner, associating yourself to it.

Like I've suggested before, now would be a good time to research that which you don't know.

anyone who wants to can Know Jesus through His Word and His Spirit.
please don't hate us like cain hated abel, just cuz we choose to trust in the Sacrifice of Christ for our righteousness:-)
I repeat ... had you been born a Muslim, you would be waiting for the coming of the 12th Imam ... not Jesus.

You silly people think your religion is the only one on earth, and that is far from the case.

You are not all that important just because you believe you are.

Yes ... they just don't want to catch on to the idea that they are every bit as conditioned by their beliefs as are the Muslims, the Buddhists or the Hindus.

We don't use those anymore. Modern hygiene products like tampons and sanitary napkins have replaced them.
Less women dying from sepsis now a days.

Of course, you didn't even know what the Hebrew phrase meant because you are godforsaken moron.

You clowns are all alike. You babble about a book yet haven;t the slightest idea of what it really says.
