If you're asking for evidence from the time period from non-Catholic so-called "christians", I'm not aware of any such. There was only one Church, and it was the Catholic Church.JETHRO: The catholic church was not the only church, the church of Antioch was a christian church, turned over to the catholic Church after Rome invaded the country, the church is being held captive by the C.P. church...wherever Jesus Christ is, there is the Catholic Church...there is no such scripture that states a name of a church connected to jesus, your statement is a lie. he created his church, not the catholic.protestant,or any other, just "MY CHURCH" which he is the head of and the only mediator to god. every other church means nothing compared to Jesus' church.
You said Constantine created the Catholic Church. I proved you wrong.

Ignatius was bishop of Antioch. He said he was in the Catholic Church. 200 years before Constantine. Are you saying the pagan Roman Emperor made him say that? Why would he throw him to the lions?

Infallible? Ever? Never? Finally, an admission of guilt and abundant human arrogance.

VATICAN CITY — Pope Francis named eight cardinals from around the globe Saturday to advise him on running the Catholic Church and reforming the Vatican bureaucracy, marking his first month as pope with a major initiative to reflect the universal nature of the church in key governing decisions.

Where do you get this crazy stuff?
The word vicar comes from the Latin word vicarius meaning substitution. The on-line version of the Pocket Catholic Dictionary by John A. Hardon, S.J. defines the Vicar of Christ as,“The Pope, visible head of the Church on earth, acting for and in the place of Christ. He possesses supreme ecclesiastical authority in the Catholic Church...”

<quoted text>With such a small group of men hand-picked (hired) by the pope to specifically advise him in running the church and reforming the Vatican, it appears Francis wants a more collegial type of governance for his papacy. That also would meld with his reluctance to call himself pope in favor of his other main title, bishop of Rome......By NICOLE WINFIELD | Associated Press – 4 hrs ago
You probably should have just said "sorry, I read some info babe describe it as "hired", but since Cardinals are in the Catholic Church, I should've looked at a Catholic website to see how Cardinals are chosen before making such an uninformed statement."

What does infallibility have to do with making Curia appointments?

It was never called the Roman Catholic Church until a few years ago. It was always just "the Church at Rome" and "the Catholic Church". You might know of it in the bible, it's located immediately after the Acts of the Apostles.

You don't have the foggiest idea what true Christianity is..
Christianity is a myth, just as all religion is myth.

When you understand that a faithful Catholic would not join a Protestant religion, you will understand that a faithful Jew would never have become a Catholic.

To believe that a dude named Jesus favored Catholics over his own Jews ... would be to perceive that the dude you call Jesus would be a traitor to his own religion ... and that attitude does not put the image of Jesus up on a pedestal, it puts his image down in the muck as a traitor.

Do you really desire so much to be saved, that you will play the part of such a fool???

I've been hammering ALL religion. I suggest that just because you BELIEVE you are special ... it is not so.

Your belief that a Jew came to save you for heaven is very silly. Faithful Jews don't believe in heaven.

Here you can see how the ex-Jew Ignatius preached at the Christians to no longer have faith in Judaism.

To believe that a faithful Jew named Jesus would disobey his own father to support Catholics was quite the flamboyant story indeed!
>>>>>>> >>>>>>> >>>>>>> >>>>>>> >>>>>>> >>>>>>> >>>>>

And, in his writings, Ignatius uses the word Christianity, and he uses it ... in contrast with the word Judaism. We have here for the first time a polarity, a contrast. There is something called Judaism and there is something called Christianity, and true Christians will make sure that what they believe and what they do, is in fact Christianity and it's not Judaism. That is explicit and unambiguous for the very first time in the writings of Ignatius around the year 110 or 120 B.C.

A pope would never leave his throne to become a Protestant. He would have no reason to jump from the position of such power whatsoever.

Martin Luther on the other hand had every reason to start a new religion called Protestantism. He wanted to marry his beloved, AND he wanted to be the leader of a new religion ... which is what occurred.

The ex-Jews were at first ALL bishops, which is another word for pope. That is why the pope is now called the bishop of Rome.

Back then, they squabbled over which one would be the head pope, and there were three popes ruling at one time, making a mockery of the whole religion ... which was a mockery of truth from its beginnings.

Three popes reigning at one time.
>>>>>>> >>>>>>> >>>>>>> >>>>>>> >>>>>>

From the book,“History of Christianity,” by Clyde L. Manschreck … comes the following.

With two popes reigning during the Great Schism, each anathematizing the other, many voices cried for reform, among them Conrad of Geinhausen, Heinrich of Langenstein, Peter of Ailli, John Gerson, and Nicholas of Clemanges. The agitation for a reforming council became so great that the cardinals of both Popes finally issued a call in Piza in 409. Neither the Pope of Avignon nor the one at Rome attended. Pisa declared both of them deposed, and elected Alexander V to be Pope. But the Popes at Avignon and Rome refused to be deposed, so that Christendom was faced with the spectacle of three Popes. The situation was intolerable.

World Government

Address to members of the Universal Movement for World Federation, April 6, 1951:

Your movement gentlemen, aims at bringing into being an effective political world organization. Nothing is more in line with the traditional doctrine of the Church nor more adapted to her teaching regarding just and unjust war, particularly at the present juncture.
