Whom let the cat out of the bag???!!!

It's a matter of record that at the peak of last year's massive Vatican leaks crisis, Benedict XVI created a commission of three cardinals to investigate the leaks. They submitted an eyes-only report to the pope in mid-December, which has not been made public.

It's impossible to confirm whether that report looked into the possibility that people protecting secrets about their sex lives were involved with the leaks, but frankly, it would be surprising if it didn't.

There are certainly compelling reasons to consider the hypothesis. In 2007, a Vatican official was caught by an Italian TV network on hidden camera arranging a date through a gay-oriented chat room, and then taking the young man back to his Vatican apartment.

In 2010, a papal ceremonial officer was caught on a wiretap arranging liaisons through a Nigerian member of a Vatican choir. Both episodes played out in full public view, and gave the Vatican a black eye.

Did you really agree to this?;

'I would suggest developing the faith to believe Jesus is the Son of God requires study, or home"work". Just sayin..../

No way dear, All Good things from above are a Gift from God, zero credit goes to our 'works', it's Him working in us that we learn things from Him.

First one must be born-again through faith in Jesus and then and only then can we do 'Any Works' including confessing Him our Lord and Saviour at a water baptism.

Catholics say: We are not Guaranteed Salvation; We Hope For Salvation...

How can anyone sleep not knowing that they are going to Heaven!!!!

This must not be in their Bible: These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

Eph 5:26 has nothing...zilch to do with baptism.....

Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

The holy water at the door is not for drinking!!!! It is getting to you!!!!

Don't worry 4gvn. You'll still be forgiven for denying Jesus Christ in the Eucharist.
Your Bible told you so!
If it is truely the blood of Jesus why is it alcoholic? Are yo claiming that Jesus' blood has alcohol in it? Stop grandstanding and answer the question. And, it is not that I (will be) forgiven, it is that I have already been forgiven.

You guys existed in every decade since Jesus Christ. Do you understand that?
You come and go.
The Holy Catholic Church still remains. It always will until Christ returns.

How do you expect to learn Marge if it was not for the GIFT of his word, Faith comes by hearing.

Romans 10:17

New King James Version (NKJV)

17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Of course not. The belief is that The wine transforms into the blood. Its a miracle. Just like when Jesus tranformed water into wine at the marriage at Cana.

again, that is a sign for the unbeleivers and a great miracle happened that day.now adays, you would not expect to see many different people from foreign lands in a Missionary meeting like that one was.

so consider that God Supplied the means for them ALL to hear.

and if you replaced your hatred of me, you might learn something that would or might cause YOU to get Saved too.

What is the meaning and importance of the Transfiguration?
Three of the Gospel writers record the account of Jesus talking with Moses and Elijah on a mountaintop (Matthew 17:1-8; Mark 9:2-8; Luke 9:28-36). The apostles Peter, James, and John witnessed this scene. What is the meaning and importance of this event known as the Transfiguration?

One reason for the Transfiguration is given in Matthew 16:28, the verse preceding Matthew’s record of the event:“Truly, I say to you, there are some standing here who will not taste death until they see the Son of Man coming in his kingdom.” This “Son of Man coming in His kingdom” was shown to “some”—Peter, James, and John—at the Transfiguration.

Second, the description of Jesus’ clothing appearing dazzling white revealed the supernatural nature of Jesus. John would see Jesus again in such light during His heavenly vision in Revelation (Revelation 1). Such a presentation made clear Jesus was not only a miracle worker, but also the Messiah (John 1:14).

Third, the scene with Jesus speaking with Moses and Elijah revealed Jesus as someone who already knew these men of God. As Jesus would later say,“Before Abraham was, I am”(John 8:58). This event highlights the deity of Jesus.

Fourth, Jesus showed Himself as fulfilling the Law and the Prophets (Matthew 5:17). Moses represented the Law since He was the one through whom the Law was given (John 1:17). Elijah represented the prophets of the Old Testament, especially in the sense that He ascended directly to heaven without dying on earth.

Fifth, Jesus revealed His Transfiguration to His key followers to show them His glory. Matthew 17:5-6 notes,“He was still speaking when, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them, and a voice from the cloud said,‘This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased; listen to him.’ When the disciples heard this, they fell on their faces and were terrified.” The presence of God’s voice in a cloud resembled the way God spoke to the Israelites in the wilderness in the Old Testament. Just as the Israelites responded in fear then, so Peter, James, and John bowed in fearful worship as they heard the voice of God telling them to listen to His Son.

Peter later wrote regarding this Transfiguration,“We did not follow cleverly invented stories when we told you about the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but we were eyewitnesses of His majesty. For He received honor and glory from God the Father when the voice came to Him from the Majestic Glory, saying,‘This is my Son, whom I love; with Him I am well pleased.’ We ourselves heard this voice that came from heaven when we were with Him on the sacred mountain”(2 Peter 1:16-18). The Transfiguration stood as a transforming event in the life of Peter, a man who would go on to lead the early church as they spread the Gospel message.

Clay, I beleive that you are a person that is good, however I qustion how could a[good] person stay in a church that is constantly bombarded with these kinds of people as leaders. they are hypocrites of the highest order and supposedly they are to be of high moral character, guiding you and your church.

My denomination defrocked one Pastor for his purchase of porno magazines.

LOOK AT THAT DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CHRISTIAN CHURCH AND YOUR CHURCH

The nature of the allegations could cast a shadow over the church’s moral authority in Europe – the continent where the church is losing the most ground globally. O’Brien, the head of the church in Scotland, had emerged as a leading voice in Britain against homosexuality. He has described gay marriage as “grotesque” and same-sex couples as “immoral.”

In a statement, O’Brien said he would not attend the papal conclave, as planned, but will “pray with them and for them that, enlightened by the Holy Spirit, they will make the correct choice for the future good of the Church.”

The exact nature and timing of O’Brien’s alleged inappropriate behavior was not spelled out by the Observer, which said the accusations were made to the Vatican’s emissary in London in early February. But one of the alleged victims said O’Brien had started a “relationship” with him in the 1980s that resulted in the need for long-term counseling. Another of the men, according to the newspaper, said O’Brien had initiated “inappropriate contact” during nightly prayers.
