In response to Pope Francis' first Apostolic Exhortation , in which the pontiff denounced "trickle-down theories which assume that economic growth, encouraged by a free market, will inevitably succeed in bringing about greater justice and inclusiveness in the world," these two paragons of the far right - both of whom regularly invoke the teachings ... You forgot the lying, not enforcing the immigration laws, distribution of wealth, etc. I do not respect this president. Many black people voted for him because of his color. There are intelligent black people in America with strong character. Why this guy? If he is the chosen representative for blacks, then they truly are racist and uninformed.
Agreed- there IS no succinct post to sum up the poorly chosen path of our government lo these past 25 or so administrations. I read that "64% of whites voted for the POTUS and that's racist, 93% of blacks voted for him and that's progressive". I hope we can weather this for three more years. My TRICARE negates the need for me to apply for ACA, but I'll dread when I turn of age before ACA is repealed.

Name calling is juvenile. It is a well know fact that the North Pole did not melt away during those two extended periods of drought. Carbon dating is very trustworthy as are core samples. It is clear you know nothing about this subject. You only like to spout spoon fed opinions rather than readily verifiable facts. My alleged sex life is irrelevant.

This president was voted in - TWICE - as the chosen representative of our country. Shhhhhh, some white folks voted for him too!

Idiot you believe anything the liberal media is instructed to put out as fact, IF global warming or climate change or whatever they call it did exist, China, Russia, India have said they would not comply with regulations because it would cause drastic effects on their country's economy's, so the U.S. would be basically alone and our economy would be put further in a downward spiral, we have already been the word leader in pollution control. All the EPA regulations have actually hurt our economy, Obama has put forth many so-called green jobs, not many if any has worked and has cost millions of tax payer money.

Forty percent of whites, who voted, voted for Obama. Being disillusioned by the no message, civil war fractured, anti-everything, frightwing will do that.

When you talk to God, it's prayer. When God talks to you it's schizophrenia. Would you care to re-phrase your comment?

As far as I'm concerned, I think God saw color differences among people as a distinction without a difference. He may not have anticipated the pettiness of racism. Either that, or He left it for us to figure it out. Maybe we need to evolve a little more.

They're both genuinely dishonest, evil, and stupid people who, if such sins were punished after death, would both be doing the backstroke in the Lake of Fire.

Fortunately for them that's a fable, but this Pope will, I suspect, be revered long after the other two are forgotten.

He's showing real holiness, something not common in Popes. Good for him!

On the Liberal Enemies Scoring Card, Conservatives are judged on how effective they are in exposing them for what they are, IOW, shining the light of truth on them makes them loose control of their bodily functions, they scurry around like rats seeking an exit, or deep shadows to lick their wounds of slings and arrows striking at their foibles and common cause. The more effective the assault on their ideology, the more they rely on the Liberal lexicon of defamation, hyperbole, racial innuendos, semantics and out right fabrications .

Since El Rushbo entered the scene over 25 years ago, the opposition, including this president has attempted to blunt & marginalize his message, including having him removed from broadcasting -- all to the chagrin of his detractors. He is at the top of their Hate list -- hoping his demise through any freak of nature including Hara-kiri. It is indeed amusing to watch -- with all the kings horses and all the king's men. Couldn't bring down the Maha'Rush'i of talk radidio once and forever! <smile>

So a quick recap: President Obama meant for millions of insurance policies to be cancelled, but told voters otherwise. When confronted with evidence of his deception, the president confessed, but said it was the best thing for the country. It would be too damaging to turn back now.
But when the political heat got to be too much, he did the about face anyway. He deceived you for your own good, but now he won’t even let you have that.
Obama may be past his last election, but the rest of the members of his party are not. They decided his plan, in which ObamaCare would rise from the smoldering ashes of the current system, was not okay, at least ahead of midterms.

Again you lie Dumbo. It was the GOP who met directly after Obama was first elected into office, with plans on derailing anything he might propose - this was just AFTER the elections in 2008 took place;

"According to Draper, the guest list that night (which was just over 15 people in total) included Republican Reps. Eric Cantor (Va.), Kevin McCarthy (Calif.), Paul Ryan (Wis.), Pete Sessions (Texas), Jeb Hensarling (Texas), Pete Hoekstra (Mich.) and Dan Lungren (Calif.), along with Republican Sens. Jim DeMint (S.C.), Jon Kyl (Ariz.), Tom Coburn (Okla.), John Ensign (Nev.) and Bob Corker (Tenn.). The non-lawmakers present included Newt Gingrich, several years removed from his presidential campaign, and Frank Luntz, the long-time Republican wordsmith. Notably absent were Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) and House Minority Leader John Boehner (R-Ohio)-- who, Draper writes, had an acrimonious relationship with Luntz.

For several hours in the Caucus Room (a high-end D.C. establishment), the book says they plotted out ways to not just win back political power, but to also put the brakes on Obama's legislative platform.

"If you act like you're the minority, you're going to stay in the minority," Draper quotes McCarthy as saying. "We've gotta challenge them on every single bill and challenge them on every single campaign."

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/04/25/robe...

In 2010, Mitch McConnell went on record stating "our #1 priority is to make Obama a one term president".

http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/fact-chec...

Number one thing McConnell stated he wanted - an extension of the Bush Tax Cuts - which the POS got - and should never had received!
