It is Time the Catholic Church Butt-out of RH Bill Discussions

Aug 13, 2012 Full story: www.philnews.com 42

In Management classes students are taught that any “authority” comes with a corresponding dose of “responsibility.” In other words as one moves up an organization they acquire more power and authority but they also shoulder more responsibility not just for the decisions they make but also for the fate of the organization as a whole. An organization that grants individuals the authority to make decisions but does not hold them responsible for the consequences of those decisions is a dysfunctional—usually tyrannical—organization devoid of fairness and justice.

Mr. Ibara ,
During all saint's day christians go to cemeteries to pay respect to the dead and pray for their souls.
Saiyan1,

Not the Christians but the Roman Catholics go to the cemeteries!!! But there is a conflict here!!! Because Catholic teachings say that after death, a member either goes to heaven or purgatory!!! If that is so, why still go to the cemetery???

Why do Catholics pray for the dead when science tells us that the senses of a dead person are no longer working!!! There is only one reason for this!!! A scam is perpetrated and perpetuated!!!

THey definitely should stay should stay out of the RH bill discussions. ANd if the government will really pass the RH bill they should just accept it.

But if they really want the RH bill not to be passed and use their power, then they should do something to help those poor families with many babies and feed them.

It's only the Catholics who celebrate the All Saints Day and the All Souls Day not all Christians. THere is no such things as purgatory and when a person dies, the dead don't go to heaven or hell right after death. THe flesh and the soul stays here on earth where it is buried or burned. When the judgement day comes, GOd will be the one to decide whether a person will go to heaven or hell...

Sweety Pie, you're contradicting your comments of no purgatory or heaven....then in your last sentence, QUOTE: " GOD WILL BE THE ONE TO DECIDE WHETHER A PERSON WILL GO TO HEAVEN OR HELL"....then you are confirming too that there is heaven and hell!

Where do you bury your dead Elias...not in the cemetery but throw them wherever like garbage????

The Catholics bury their dead lovingly in the cemetery. We can't afford to disrespect our dead by just throwing them in the garbage but bury them decently.

Lol,

Ladypinkie56 is correct!!! Hell is not purgatory but eternal fire, the second death or eternal punishment!!! Hell is the punishing fire a thousand years after Judgment Day!!! While the one on Judgment Day is the consuming fire, a partial and temporary punishment for sinners which will cause them cessation of breath or death!!! They will be resurrected too and the matter is called the second resurrection but they will be punished in Hell!!!

Purgatory is not in the Bible as attested to by the following:

"Nowhere in the Scriptures does the word,'Purgatory', occur ..."

Lol,

The dead are buried in the cemetery!!! That is why it is a Catholic insanity to perpetrate an idea that the dead can be seen here and there!!!

That a person goes to heaven or purgatory immediately upon their death is a false doctrine!!! This is a money-making scam of the Roman Catholic Church!!! Why would you visit them in the cemetery when their place according to Catholic teachings are either in heaven or hell??? It is a scam!!!

I just said that there's no purgatory. And what I meant is that, when a person dies, his soul won't go to heaven immediately after death because only when God returns for judgement day will he be the one to decide whether the souls go to heaven or hell. I didn't say that there's no heaven. LOL!

Lol,

Do you know why you mistook a woman as a man and a man as a woman??? It is because the Roman Catholic Gay squad made up of priests and nuns are operating under the very nose of the members!!! Manila Bulletin had it reported!!!

You sound interestingly weird!!! You cannot even distinguish one human from the other!!! You don't know either whether you can talk to the dead or not!!! Dead people know nothing!!!
