It is Time the Catholic Church Butt-out of RH Bill Discussions

Aug 13, 2012 | Posted by: Philnews | Full story: www.philnews.com

In Management classes students are taught that any “authority” comes with a corresponding dose of “responsibility.” In other words as one moves up an organization they acquire more power and authority but they also shoulder more responsibility not just for the decisions they make but also for the fate of the organization as a whole. An organization that grants individuals the authority to make decisions but does not hold them responsible for the consequences of those decisions is a dysfunctional—usually tyrannical—organization devoid of fairness and justice.

Stay out or not Church will never make it difference. The problem is Filipino people are NOT being informed properly. The Media, the Government and School should do a big rule to educate people. No matter how much money you put into RH Bill, or give free Contraceptive methods to poor people, the problem is still always there. They should go and research what drives Filipino people have sex and have more kids? First of all, the weather in the Philippines when it's during rainy seasons they tend to stay in bed for long and have sex. Too many foreign pornographic Videos and porno magazines drives them up. Most of Filipinos these days are liberated because they work overseas and they brought them home they sexual experience from abroad. Filipino families are broken families because of our economic reason in the Philippines and lack of Unity within the Government. The rampant of corruption from High ranking officials, employees, business people , teachers, and even within the Families. Families are stealing land from their relatives or members of the Family while working abroad. Yes, it's a huge problem plus there are too many foreign criminals , fugitives, drug dealers, drug traffickers, human smugglers hiding in the Philippines. There are too many foreign private yacht owners who trafficked our Filipino young girls being forced to work in the yacht as Private Stewardess even they have no experience as BMST and some of them are being forced to perform sex in fromnt of their private customers in the Yacts.. These girls working in a Foreign private yachts route to Singapore, Hongkong, Macao, Thailand , Indonesia without seeing their relatives or families for months and years. They should not prioritize this RH Bill, This is a waste of money every year and the problem still there.

Everybody is free to do what they want to do. If CAtholics are against the RH, that's their right. We are living in a democratic country and nobody can force you to do what the Catholics believe. Like the Muslim people, do not burn their quran, they will kill for it.

As a matter of fact, in Tagum, 4000 women had availed of tubal ligation..that's a big number.

Tama ka! Nobody can force anybody if the don't want to do it. But, The biggest problem in the philippines filipinos tend to listen to what their priest tell them. Parang silang sirang ulo that they're listening to what the priest tell them. Look where they're getting.

Lol,

Even the Inquisitions and the Crusades were claimed by the Roman Catholic Church as their right!!! Might is right!!!

In a history book entitled The Modern World, written by Francis S. Betten, S.J., on pages 89 and 344, this is stated:

"Papacy and empire were to stand side by side, each supreme in its own sphere, the emperor being ever ready to support with physical force the spiritual government of the pope and to defend all the interests of the Church of God on earth.

"...the Church created a special tribunal, the Papal or Universal Inquisition. The essential features of its method were fixed by a set of laws passed jointly by Pope Lucius lll and Emperor Barbarossa in 1184. The minor details had been added by 1230. Such spiritual courts of justice were established in localities most infected by erroneous teachings.... The state, too, considered heresy as a crime, because it undermined the foundations of public welfare. The penalties fixed by the secular laws for heresy was death by fire. This was never inflicted by the ecclesiastical judge."

A Jesuit priest, Francis S. Betten, alludes to the historical fact that the Pope and the Emperor once stood side by side!!! Both conspired to create a tribunal - the Inquisition - a court that tried those whom they called heretics, or people who objected to techings of the Catholic Church!!! The civil government was the one that inflicted punishment in the behest of the Catholic Church!!!

The Roman catholic Church cannot claim innocence!!! It is not the victim but the real criminal!!! Get out from her!!!

Idiotsunited,

Yes, they should stay out of the churches!!! Out from Catholicism and Protestantism!!! They must seek the one and only true Church which Christ purchased with His blood according to Apostle Paul:

"Take heed therefore to yourselves and to all the flock over which the Holy Spirit has appointed you overseers, to feed the church of Christ which he has purchased with his blood." [Acts 20:28, Lamsa Translation}

The Roman Catholic Church is the historical unwanted odor of the world!!! Her stinky crimes starting from the days of yore and until today have already long engulfed the cosmos!!!

Yes,

Those selling abortion herbs around the Quiapo Catholic Church in Manila are Catholics!!! At the end of the day, they proceed inside the church to see and tickle the black piece of wood!!! None of them was ever expelled from the Catholic Church although their businesses are geared towards killing fetuses!!! What a hypocrite religion!!!

Quittner,

How would the Catholic Church spend for the babies of the laity when the fact is that the imposition of priestly celibacy was because the spurious religion was trying not to spend anything on the families of priests and nuns???

There is no hope from this spurious religion!!! Its anti-poor stance is well-known!!!

Paul,

Watch out guys!!! Expect the "Lolong Bishops" to again make threats against the government if the RH bill will pass in both the lower and upper house of congress!!!

They will say, "What are we for as Christ ourselves"???

Catholic priests claim that everyone of them is a Christ:

"The priest is another Christ."
Reference:

[Richard P. Hire,Our Christian Faith,p.154]

Most probably these Catholic priests are talking about the 'kristo sa sabungan'(christ of the cockpit den) or the drug lords of Central and Latin America!!!

For the Bible states that nobody can ever take the place of Christ:

"But He holds His priesthood unchangeably, because He lives on forever. Threfore He is able also to save to the uttermost ...those who come to God through Him, since He is always living to make petition to God and intercede with Him and intervene for them."[Heb.7:24-25,Amplif ied Bible]

"Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever." [Heb.13:8, NIV]

The Catholic Church teaches that a priest is another Christ!!! But the Bible declares that Christ "holds His priesthood unchangeably." He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Therefore no one can ever act in His place or be another Christ!!! What a scam religion!!!

saiyan1,

Yes, it is worth as long as these are distributed to married couples!!! Priests should not be allowed to take advantage of this for that would be a big blow to the institution of marriage!!! They should not be allowed to use this when inside the tinted pajeros and when they are with young boys and girls and doing things outside of marriage!!!

I thnk RH bill should do some revisions such as teaching sex education in elementary. It is very inappropriate for a child to study how to hve safe sex ,perhaps the teachings should concentrate on morality and good values.I can't imagine my children asking me about safe sex and use of condoms at a very young age.can you?

Saiyan,

I agree with you!!! It is not right for children to be taught right away about sex education because the curiousity of children may just cause them instead to experiment and thus would result to pre-marital union!!!

The proper place is home through the parents and relatives!!! They should be taught in secret by the mother if its a girl and by the father if its a boy!!!

According to one of the Roman Catholic beliefs, a member who died goes directly either to purgatory or heaven!!! If that is the case, what then are Roman Catholics doing in the cemeteries during their "All Souls" and "All Saints" days???

It is very easy to discern whether this teaching contains the element of abnormality!!! This is an abnormally abnormal teaching!!!
