God bless America. Read an article here somewhere. It mentioned a scenario. What if there ia another friendly fire on Pakistani post. Pakistan defends using her air defense system or sends F-16 jet to shoot down C131 or attack choppers. America will retaliate and then the article stopped short of what will happen afterwards. What are missiles for. Worst scenario. Nuclear war. Not a single American soldier will go back. Pakistan can reach Qatar,UAE , gulf, Israel and of course India. No more Pakistan at the cost of what????

You forgot the one trillion stimulus package issued by bush that went on obamas record and the second stimulus package needed because the first wasn't big enough.

Why wasn't the first big enough?

1)Bush wasn't willing to spend enough

2) While the markets were in freefall and a prompt stimulus could have made a massive difference, John McCain asked to halt all campaigning and have a multi day summit between him, Obama and Bush about what to do.

If Bush refused to waste time and watch the economy burn he'd massively devalue the republican presidential candidate.

So at least 3 days were wasted on the summit while the US and world economies burned. Apparently in those 3 days McCain contributed nothing. He called the summit as a publicity stunt to make it try and look like he was the one trying to solve the worlds problems.

McCain didn't cause the collapse but out of every human being on the surface of then planet, not one is more responsible for the size of the crash.

Still. That's what you get for having a stupidly simplistic two party system.

America is changing 'Noor'of Pakistan.

**But Barack Obama, right from the beginning, has refused to tango with the Pakistani military chief, General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani. Even as the presidential candidate he declared he will not hesitate to bomb Pakistani territory if terrorists take refuge there. Now, with his second term at stake, Obama has to look tougher than even before.

Over the last 10 years Pakistan pretended to help the US, but only to the extent where Washington will continue to give economic and military aid to Pakistan. At the same time, Islamabad wanted to make sure that once international forces quit Afghanistan, the Taliban would take over and limit the Indian presence.
That is why it fights the Taliban in Pakistan but avoids US pressure to kill or capture the militants belonging to the Haqqani faction of Taliban creating havoc for US forces in Afghanistan.

AND --

This could be serious because the presidential election in the US is less than a year away, and the American people are fatigued and fed up spending trillions of dollars on the Afghan war and on Pakistan at a time when some unemployed families have almost nothing to put on their dinner tables.
According to some surveys, most Americans believe Pakistan should not be given any aid because it has not been honest in its dealings with the US. So Americans do not trust Pakistan. Pakistanis have been blaming the US for all their troubles.

A two trillion exaggeration there, mudd!

When President Obama took office two years ago, the national debt stood at $10.626 trillion. It now stands at $14.071 trillion a staggering increase of $3.445 trillion in just 735 days (about $5 billion a day).

To put that into perspective, when President George W. Bush took office, our national debt was $5.768 trillion. By the time Bush left office, it had nearly doubled, to $10.626 trillion. So Bush's record on deficit spending was not good at all: During his presidency, the national debt rose by an average of $607 billion a year. How does that compare to Obama? During Obama's presidency to date, the national debt has risen by an average of $1.723 trillion a year or by a jaw-dropping $1.116 trillion more, per year, than it rose even under Bush.
