The Dakota, Central Park West....one of the landmark apartment buildings in New York City known for the location of Ira Levin film, "Rosemary's Baby," home to Lauren Bacall, many other famous film and stage legends. Home of John and Yoko Lennon. It was in front of the Dakotah where John Lennon was murdered in cold blood, December 8, 1980.
