if he wants one, without asking the Canadian Public who elect him, so is he any better ?

Stephen Harper wants to spend $9 Billion on prisons where prisoners will receive unlimited medical and dental care,

healthy meals, regular laundry for their clothing and bedding, a library, exercise facilities,

education/training, constant supervision and a small wage ...

so is what NDP Leader Jack Layton is offering Prime Minister Stephen Harper a way out of a spring election - or is Jack just offering himself the Same ??? ...

Our government should be spending our tax money on pensioners not prisoners ...
