Mr. Swayze will be missed from the great world of entertainment, but far more by his family and freinds. My deepest sympathy as well as my prayer goes out to his family and freind. May Mr. Swayze rest in peace.

I will just miss him for "Road House". My fellow bouncers and I love watching it before the rush on the weekend downtown, and kicking the s*it out of drunks and stupid people at the clubs/bars.

Oh whatever, both of those movies sucked.
You are just a mis-fit. Only if you knew what you
are missing. His old movies are the best. Rest in
peace, Patrick

He will be missed. I loved him in "Dirty Dancing". He stood up to "Baby's" father.

We actually saw him in Houston, TX in 1981 but never got to meet him.

I admired him He was a real man's man. He was a martial artist(including kendo, and Korean karate), classical ballet dancer, serfer, parachutist, rodeo rider (Mom said he had to dance at her ballet school or no rodeo),....

Some of the movies were stupid (Roadhouse, BreakPoint)but they are always constantly on tv and entertaining. I'll miss him.

We have truely lost a wonderful man. I have always loved watching him in all films and yes "Dirty Dancing" was my all time favorite. I must have watched this movie 20 times or more. My heart and prayers go out to his family.

cancer is so scary. it fills my heart with fear each time i hear of someone else getting it.
i have alot of respect for patrick and the battle he waged. and alot of respect for his wife who stood by him for all of those years.

our family has always loved his movies. and i'll never forget when my daughter was a teenager and we watched roadhouse. we both drooled over that sweet sexy naked asss. LOL.

as long as live i will always remember the last lines in "ghost". the love you have ,you take with you.

DARRRRRRRRRRRRRRn- you tell em girl!..This Bo Bo person sounds like a REAL loser!..I'm telling you- Some of the postings he/she have posted are VERY VERY ignorant.. No matter what ANYONE thinks of Swayze's movies- There is NO need to say something like this..Swayze's wife/children & family & friends are having a really hard time w/this- I couldnt imagine.. I remember watching the Barbara Walters special & Swayze & his wife were talking- They were so much in love.. It was nice to see a couple like them, so much in love.. Rest in Peace- Patrick Swayze-

How many actors have a marrige and love that last 30 years? It shows that not only was he a good actor, he was a good person who knew what was important.
