Patricia Heaton needs to get cancer, just once.
Some folks just need to learn the hard way.

Are you all a bunch of idiot? It is STEM cell research that she is opposed to. And do your homework before you make a post or you just look uneducated. Religious beliefs aside, embryonic stem cells have cured asbolutely nothing thus far and yet adult stem cells have shown potential cures and actual cures in numerous areas. It is astounding to me that people can't make this distinction. Good for Patricia - she is doing the right thing a world where the ends justifies the means. Parkinsons disease IS a horrible disease and people shouldn't be made to suffer needlessly. Keep your eyes on the ball and don't draw similarities between Tom Cruise who is an idiot and just makes stupid remarks because he doesn't know better and Patricia Heaton who has done her research and is supporting the correct side of an difficult issue.
afraid to post your name.
Your not as smart as you think...

Yeah, okay, it is. I won't pretend that it's not.

That's just cruel, John. Getting a disease like that doesn't necessarily change a person's point of view on some issues. If you're going to argue a point, at least say something better than cheap insults. They just show how inferior you are to other people.

This is very painful for me. There was a time in my life when I thought Ms. Heaton was the most beautiful woman on earth.
That image is tarnished now because of a radical right-wing slant that distorts that beauty. What can you say about someone who would have George Bush be the leader of the free world, and too deny the advancement of human knowledge. Umbilical cords serve no useful purpose once they've done their job. She's still kinda pretty though.

Umbilical cords are used in stem cell research, but using them is not the same thing as embryonic stem cell research which is what she is against. I don't think she's against stem cell research using umbilical cords and adult stem cells.

I have found the page of the ignorant and hysterical liberal free thinkers! What a bunch of losers! Patricia Heaton is hardly as you are portrayin her. Embryonic stem cells have shown no proof as of yet of any medicinal powers. Adult stem cells, on the other hand, have. Please, for the love of God, educate yourselves. You just appear to be silly dunderheads.

I believe his point is debate like an adult, not a 2 year old. And learn a little something about the subject, like some facts, before spouting off.

I'm with Glynn on this one. I think it's really sad that you waste your time posting insults to each other and Patricia Heaton on this site. Here's a novel idea. Get over it. Patricia Heaton's vote doesn't count anymore than yours, so why is it your business that she doesn't support embryonic stem cell research? There has to be something else far more important that you can spend your valuable time on. Maybe you can start working on curing all the diseases in the world with embryonic stem cells.
