No way...I was tryin to get my husband to take me to St. Louis for SEETHER. Now I can stay home. I didn't think much of Black River Coliseum in the beginning. Being from Dallas, it seemed rather small. But Ted Nugent, then 3 Doors Down and now Seether? I have a whole new outlook on that place.

Also, Seether's album is the first album I've ever bought in my 57 yrs.(yeah 57) that I like EVERY song on it. I bought it for the song FAKE IT and had a kool surprise.

Can't wait for it.....

I think it's great to have something coming that isn't country or gospel/christian rock.
Thankful

I wouldn't waste my money on the Trash. I'm not going that's for sure, but I'm not staying home and you can't make me. So stick that in your pipe and smoke it.

No wonder why PB can't get any good bands, singers, etc. There are too many stuck up hicks. You complain if it is country, you complain if it is gospel, you complain if it is rock, who do you want? Probably the Wiggles.

Hey IMO. You should really try listening to the music with an open mind, I know scary for someone from around here. The lyrical content of each band that will be performing with the exception of Red, whom I have never heard of, but am willing to listen to at least once, is quite enjoyable and unique. None of the music from any of the bands preforming this show have ever made reference to sleeping with someone's wife, killing someone, worshiping satan, or doing massive amounts of drugs. Before you question me on this I can assure you there is not a song from any of these three bands that I have not heard and enjoyed. The trash you are speaking of would be Rap music. Personally, you are entitled to your opinion, however I also have mine, and if you don't like the music, there is no since in whining about it, just don't buy a bloody ticket.

The band I am most familiar with is Staind and it is not, as someone said on here, all yelling and cussing. They are a very good band. Depressing, but good. I relate a lot to their songs. This is not a perfect world ya know. Why should any given band(of any type of music) be any different. This town needs more rock bands here instead of washed up drunks like Hank Williams Jr., the poster boy for AA.

I love music and you know the saying "don't slow down and you never grow old". My third grandbaby will be born Friday (cecearian, not sure bout spelling) and I'm sure I'll be dancin' in the middle of the floor to Aerosmith or Soundgarden or who knows what US kids will play. Let's not forget Ozzy's "I Don't Wanna Stop". I'm sure he wrote that song for me. And when I do finally stop, it will be because I'm dead. My whole family knows I want Ozzy's "See You On the Other Side" played at my funeral. This body may be getting old but I still gotta have my jams....
