So if a city can restrict feeding the homeless, why can't the government restrict paying deadbeat welfare recipients our tax dollars?

This is a truly EVIL decision. The government wants to make sure they are the only entity desperate people can turn to. It increases their power.

This is a legally sound and morally correct decision. There are multiple church-based food kitchens in Orlando where those who are truly in need can go for meals. There is no reason to ruin a beautiful downtown park by encouraging crime, vandalism and panhandling. Many people like to go to Lake Eola at lunch time and after work to enjoy the beauty there. They do not want to be harassed by panhandlers. Feeding the homeless in a park is really BAD idea. Keep it in the soup kitchens where it belongs.

<quoted text>Feeding the ex sheriff was a crime. The last time I seen this overweight slob on TV it looked like he was getting ready to explode ! Don't they have rules about fat slob cops ?? I wonder if the ex sheriff had a septic tank at his home and how many times he had to pump it out ???
