It isn't until you start to look at what the scientists call evidence that you begin to question the premise.
It's not surprising that someone running for the office of president would have someone around him who would insist he look at the science.
And once that happens, reality kicks in. There is no evidence that man has caused the last 30 years of warming through the burning of fossil fuels.
There's a lot of conjecture, there's some consensus but no evidence.
The best we've been given by our scientists, is that they don't know what caused it they think it's CO2.
Speculation is OK in the stock market, at least most of the time. Speculation is a tenet of science as a question must be formed so a function can be studied. But speculation is a question, not an answer.
Speculation is a bet that you know what will happen. Ok for the football pool, not OK for public policy.
