Out of all the contemporary rnb singers out there, no one is on the same league as ne-yo. He writes all his songs , has a beautiful voice and has the best melodies around in his songs. So what if chris brown is a better dancer, his voice sucks and his songs have no lasting power

you are so wrong. if you take chris away from the bebop listen to no air, glow in the dark and superhuman..well! neyo writes well but chris can sing. anyone who can take a standard like "try a little tenderness and make it his own is saying something. and anyone saying ne-yo (who reminds of a klingon) looks better than chris is blind.
