Quote from article: "Idomeneo", which includes a scene with the severed heads of the Prophet Mohammad, Buddha and Jesus." This is culture? This is entertainment? What SICK MIND would want to publically violate Mohammad, Buddha & Jesus for the sake of money-profit?

This reminds me of the hoopla over Zubin Mehta conducting works of Wagner with the Israel Philharmonic a few years back. Some concert goers left, some stayed. But Sorry folks, art is art, religion is religion, and politics is politics. Whether this opera is staged or not has nothing to do with art. It has little to do with religion. It has everything to do with vulgar politics and insanity.

yes - making money from desecrating religious is low - but it's not as low as threatening violence against someone who does.

The first one involves a non-believer insulting religion, the latter involves a believer doing acts of evil. Most religions, including Christianity, consider the latter to be much worse in God's sight.

You seem to be hinting that just maybe people are justified in harming the Berlin theatre depending on what it says and that is definitely not Christian. I'll bet its not Buddhist either.
